What's in the Works

Cleveland Public Library is excited to be part of the new Mingyue Place. The development will feature two residential buildings located on the former Dave’s Market site and the adjacent parking lot across Payne Avenue. Plans include approximately 3,500 square feet of commercial space at the northeast corner of the north building. The first-floor tenant will be Cleveland Public Library, which will open a new AsiaTown satellite location, expanding access to neighborhood-based learning, resources, and cultural programming.
